Too Much Coffee Leads to Hallucinations
May be you are missing the aroma of
coffee beans or having mug of coffee with friends. You take coffee to get rid
of your wrinkles and unavailability of tea in Mall culture or the instant
making coffee force you to have coffee. However, Coffee is simply beneficial,
but excess of coffee can hallucinate you.
If you are having coffee during stress,
working extra hours in night, studying and unable to start your day without
coffee, then may be chances of being addicted to caffeine are more.
Caffeine is the only stimulating
substance found inside coffee and is commonest drug found in coffee, soft
drinks, chocolates, cocoa and tea. As you consume coffee, the caffeine is
absorb by your intestine within 45 minutes and start to stimulate you.
Two mugs of coffee in a day are good.
Thousand of researches say that getting 7 cups of instant coffee or 5 cups of
brewed coffees lead to hallucination. People addicted of many cups can see the
illusion and hear the unheard voices however it also happened while research.
People say that they heard some songs, which were not even played.

Espresso and cappuccino have 80 mgs caffeine in a mug

A fine coffee contains 25 mgs caffeine

Instant coffee contains 70-100 mgs caffeine

30 gm of chocolate contains 17 mgs caffeine
So if you are consuming 250 milligrams
of caffeine by 5 -7 cups of coffee every day, or 3 cups of brewed or 5 cups of
instant, than its simply alarming time for you.
It’s tough to terminate addictions, but
try reducing caffeine as direct cut off results into irritability, restlessness
and anxiety, so slowly decreasing the caffeine can help you by various ways:-

Try to replace coffee by hot Tea, as tea is having lowest caffeine
content in it

Take herbal tea instead of coffee
·
Mix brew seeds with decaf coffee
·
Avoid repeats cups of coffee
·
Half the amount, take half cup instead of one cup
·
Try Teeccino, it is made up of roasted herbs, grains, fruits and nuts
and is served hot, just like coffee. Usually addicted coffee drinkers start

A fine coffee is having least caffeine as details given above, so go for
fine coffee or complete decaf coffee.
The people are hallucinogen does not
mean they are psychotic or not living normal life, all they need is just to
reduce the caffeine content. India is however safe for now, but people of
Turkey (country with highest consumption of coffee) needs to be alert about the
facts.
